M.S.R.T.C (Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation) "Shivshahi"

M.S.R.T.C has introduced new segment of  Intercity AC Seater bus service under brand name "Shivshahi".launched in January 2016 by transport minister of Maharashtra in Mumbai.

The "Shivshahi" service is placed between existing non ac push back "Hirkani" semi luxury & "Shivneri" premium luxury buses.

Shivshahi are built on 12m Ashok leyland & Tata Chassis with airsuspension

  

460 buses are owned by MSRTC which are built by M.G. Bus & Coach, Belagavi & Anthony Garage, Navi Mumbai on Tata LPO 1618c chassis.
500* buses are hired from leading private operators, including 30berth Ac sleeper coaches which will be hitting roads soon.
